some components map to identifiable upstream materials with publicly available licence terms;
some are support components delivered as part of a broader upstream distribution;
some are internal derivatives or restricted artefacts whose redistribution should not be assumed without separate rights review.

Where internal derivatives exist, archevis treats them as restricted unless provenance and downstream rights have been separately verified.
