These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of archevis.
archevis is provided by MONOLITHIQ Single-Member Private Company (IKE) ("Monolithiq", "we", "us"), with registered office at Sidiras Merarchias 8, 42100 Trikala, Greece. You can contact us at info@monolithiq.co.
1. Scope and acceptance
By creating an account, starting a paid plan, or otherwise using archevis, you agree to these Terms, the current Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and, if you are a business customer and we process customer personal data on your behalf, the Data Processing Addendum.
If you use archevis on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Who may use archevis
You may use archevis only if you can lawfully enter into a binding contract and your use complies with applicable law, export controls, sanctions rules, and these Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account unless that activity results from Monolithiq's own breach of law or contract.
3. The service
archevis is a hosted software service for architectural visualization workflows, including project management, region-based editing, composition generation, export workflows, and related support surfaces.
We may improve, modify, suspend, or retire features where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, supplier changes, maintenance, or product development.
Generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, unexpected similarities, or artifacts. archevis does not replace professional judgment, technical review, code-compliance review, or construction review.
4. Plans, billing, and hosted checkout
Paid features are offered on recurring subscription terms published in the archevis billing surface and secure hosted checkout.
- paid plans renew automatically until cancelled;
- plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next renewal, depending on the hosted billing flow shown at the time of the change;
- cancellation and most plan-management actions are handled through hosted billing tools;
- the final amount charged, including any applicable taxes shown by the payment provider, is presented in secure billing before you complete payment.
If payment authorization, billing details, or payment-method validation fails, we may suspend or limit paid access after reasonable retry or notice steps.
5. EU consumer information
If you purchase archevis as a consumer in the European Economic Area, you may have mandatory rights under consumer law that cannot be waived by contract.
archevis is a subscription-based digital service supplied on an ongoing basis. If you ask us to start supplying the paid service during any applicable statutory withdrawal period, you expressly request immediate supply.
If EU consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal and you exercise it after supply has started, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied before your withdrawal notice, to the extent allowed by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms removes your non-excludable statutory rights, including rights relating to lack of conformity, remedies for digital services, or mandatory pre-contract information.
6. Your content and outputs
You retain rights in the content you upload or create in archevis, subject to any third-party rights already attached to that content.
You grant Monolithiq the limited rights necessary to host, process, secure, back up, transmit, display, and otherwise operate the service for your use of archevis.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and legal bases to upload, process, use, and distribute your inputs and outputs.
7. Business-customer data processing
If you are a business customer and archevis processes personal data that you submit on behalf of your own clients, staff, contractors, or other end users, the Data Processing Addendum applies to that processor activity.
Monolithiq remains an independent controller for its own account, billing, support, security, compliance, and service-operation processing described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use archevis to:
- violate law, contracts, intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or professional duties;
- upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or malicious material;
- attempt unauthorized access, scraping, interference, model extraction, reverse engineering beyond mandatory legal rights, or security testing outside approved channels;
- process personal data unlawfully or without a valid legal basis;
- generate content for illegal surveillance, unlawful discrimination, disinformation, biometric misuse, or other prohibited uses.
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, legal compliance, or third parties.
9. AI-related use
archevis uses automated generation and transformation systems to produce visual outputs. Output quality depends on your inputs, settings, and workflow choices.
You remain responsible for reviewing outputs for accuracy, rights clearance, professional suitability, and any legally required downstream disclosure or labeling.
10. Availability and security
We aim to keep archevis available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance, emergency fixes, abuse controls, and supplier outages may affect availability.
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the service, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
11. Intellectual property
The archevis service, branding, interface design, and software remain the property of Monolithiq or its licensors, except for your own content and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use archevis during the applicable subscription or access term in accordance with these Terms.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using archevis at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for material breach, non-payment, unlawful use, security risk, or legal necessity.
After termination, we may delete or anonymize data in line with the Privacy Policy, the DPA where applicable, retention rules, and valid deletion requests, except where retention is required by law, legal hold, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or security needs.
13. Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, archevis is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We exclude implied warranties, guarantees, and conditions not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monolithiq is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, anticipated savings, or data, arising out of or connected with archevis.
Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for archevis during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where mandatory law provides otherwise or where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Governing law and disputes
If you act as a business customer, these Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, excluding conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Monolithiq's registered seat will have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
If you act as an EU consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of habitual residence and may bring claims in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, product, or supplier changes. The current version and effective date appear on the legal page. Material prospective changes will be communicated where required.
